My Christmas Elves

Inside the Claunch household--elves exist. Seriously. For my very last Christmas post, I thought it would be fun to show some of the hijinks all 3 of our elves got into this year! These are in random order. Here is Jingle Belle Tinsel ready to go to the Polar Express. Olivia almost had a heart attack when she looked over in Ana Blair's empty carseat and found him trying to hitch a ride back to the North Pole with us.
One morning, he brought a date back from the North Pole!

These are the more mischevious elves that live at my house. They move around all the time and don't care if you see them...and they're always up to something!
Seriously, I love this. Ana Blair has fallen for Olivia. When Olivia gets up in the morning Ana Blair runs to hug her. She will take Olivia's hand and lead her up and down the hall 100 times in a row. And sweet Olivia just lets her!

Jingle Belle Tinsel went fishing for goldfish one morning!
Crazy elves
This should have been my "Have a Wild Christmas" picture
Elves on the Shelf
Baby Elf loved the Christmas tree lights this year. If it wasn't on, she demanded it be plugged up. She also learned a new word, "lights."
Sassy elf...I'm pretty sure I could find a picture of myself in this same pose with a side ponytail, cheerleading uniform and some pom poms in front of me!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! As you know, I am such a sucker for the holidays and I really and truly believe that Christmas is magical. I think its amazing that ordinary days or activities turn into memories that you will have for a lifetime. I think that's why I tend to go overboard (what?? me?? nooooo....) trying to make everything as special as I can because you never know what small thing will be the one they remember forever. For instance, the teddy bear that Santa hurriedly picked up at the last minute because someone decided a few short days before Christmas that they wanted one...and that night Olivia telling her daddy in bed that it was the exact same teddy bear she had dreamed about and wanted so, so bad.
Have a Happy New Year everyone!
